2. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing custom orders, including:

• Any personalization details needed to complete the order

Creations By Diva is not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Because custom products are created specifically for each customer, changes or cancellations may only be accepted before production begins.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error made by Creations By Diva.

All designs, graphics, logos, photos, and content created by Creations By Diva are protected and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once the files have been delivered.

Customers are responsible for downloading and saving their purchased files.

Creations By Diva is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers, incorrect customer information, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.
